Aluminum Realistic

Say you were getting your body reconstructed...?

Okay, I'm reading the Uglies trilogy for the 7 millionth time, and I was wondering...
Say there was a surgery that everyone got at 16. They stretched your bones, and/or replaced them with aluminum bones, so you were strong and light. They scrubbed your skin so you would never have acne or any blemish again.
There are special features, such as eye color (purple, or you could get little clocks put in them) and you'd be modelesque. You'd be a Pretty (that's what they call it in the book).
Now, I know it's not realistic. But if you could chose what you looked like, what would you be?

eyes, hair (length, style), lips, nose, skin color. Include pictures if you want!
I'm just really interested to know what you would look like if you could pick.
Oh, and you can see and smell really well too. Would you chose to have that or not?

I would

want deep blue eyes, they kind you can stare into for hours and get lost in!
longer hair, darker, more perfect styled ringlets
pumper lips, i dont like my M styled lips
longest eyelashes possible and jet black
perfectly shaped eye brows and full
a more defined face structure, and clear glowing skin
i love my body but id want a 23 inch waist compared to my 37 inch hips so id look super hourglassy and with perfect model legs
id want to have a natual glow to me, rossy cheeks
prefect straight teeth, always white. i actually really like my teeth
a confident reasuring smile!
i would want to smell the same as i do now, i love my purfume and lotion
