What are ways that student body and I can prevent our band teacher getting fired?

Our band teacher might be getting fired. All because the music and chorus teachers dont like him. Some people put together a petition..But I dont think thats enough. What can we do?? Nobody at my school wants him fired.

With some of these procedures, it seems one should be a Superman, Ironman, or Bionic Woman to endure the before and after of the conventional hemorrhoid treatments.
