i have a knee contusion and need a knee pad. i have never used one for my whole wrestling career but need one now. what kinds can i get that will fit the following criteria that the doctor gave me.

1. open hole for patella (optional but preferred)
2. maximum padding but not bulky like those ones that look like volleyball knee pads
3. the padding must cover my whole front knee not just a little foam piece
4. little to no resistance to bending my knee (as to not put strain on it)

asics have good knee pads and btw it is WWE not F
