Can felons own a sword if practicing Martial Arts in NY>?
Is it illegal for a felon to own a sword in his house?
flons cannot possess firearms, and swords unless loaded with gunpowder, well won’t fire at all. Now if he is on Parole or has a stipulation , well than according to the rules the courts set are what happens. But simply to be a felon only stops you from firearm possession.
