Karate Nunchucks

Can anyone recommend a good DVD for learning Nunchaku?

I've seen a few around, just wondered if anyone could recommend any particular one for Nuchaku or Nunchucks, whichever way you spell it. I dont need the weapon itself, just the dvd, i have no experience at all in using weapons but do train in karate
