Karate Weight Training

Wrestling or Weight Training?
Next year I have the option of doing either weight training or wrestling in school. But I already do karate outside of school. Is it worth doing wrestling, or would weight training be the better option? Personal opinions, advantages/disadvantages would be great.
Wrestling 100%.
You will gain strenght, cardio training, speed, reflexes, coordination.
Weight training is static. All you do is gain muscle and strenght, with limited cardio. You will get the same benefits from wrestling plus so much more.
Also, it will allow you to be a part of a team and compete. Choose wrestling.
