Boxing Hand
First Time Boxing, Hand feels week and is shaking?
Today was mine and my friends first time boxing, when i would punch it would hurt and if i punched to hard i would feel like my wrist and fingers were going to break but when i asked my friend (her first time too) it didnt hurt her at all and she could punch hard with no pian! now a part of my right hand is bruised and is weak and shaking, also its only my right hand not my left, my left is fine, is it because i have weak wrists cuz its very painful and hard to type right now, and i want to stress that my frineds could punch as hard as they wanted but if i did my wrist felt broken!! if you think my wrist is weak what excersizes could make it stronger and what do you think it is if you dont think its just weakness..

You Have Used New Muscles which hasn’t been used before in this type of sport. Once you box regularly you will get use to it and won’t feel anything.
