What size of shin guards and cup should I get? (for MMA)?
What size of shin guards (REG or LARGE) and cup (teen REG, teen LARGE,S,M,L,XL,XXL) should I get? I'm 176 lbs 5'11" and 18 years old.

Go to a sports store and place the cups on your face if they cover your chin to your nose they are the right size-
